Larry Shipley

Trainer / Owner

Larry brings a performance-focused approach to fitness, with an emphasis on building strength, athleticism, and confidence that carries over well beyond the gym. A former competitive powerlifter with a particular passion for the bench press, he understands both the technical side of strength training and the mindset it takes to continually push toward new goals. He also trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he currently holds the rank of purple belt.

A graduate of Shepherd University, Larry enjoys keeping training challenging without making it miserable. He believes you can work hard, make serious progress, and still have a good time along the way. Outside the gym, Larry is married with two kids and enjoys balancing family life with training, competition, and staying active.

Brad Dinklocker

Trainer / Owner

Brad is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who combines his clinical background with a genuine passion for fitness and athletic performance. Whether someone is returning from an injury, trying to move without pain, or working toward a new athletic goal, Brad enjoys helping people bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance. His approach emphasizes smart training, long-term progress, and keeping people doing the activities they love.

Brad is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, giving him firsthand experience with the physical demands of combat sports and serious training. When he isn’t in the gym or on the mats, there’s a good chance he’s outside hiking or exploring somewhere new. He’s married, an avid outdoorsman, and firmly believes fitness should make life more enjoyable—not become your entire life.
